Acting:
Nargis Fakhri - looking nice, but isn't any good at acting.
Watch it only for Ranbir Kapoors acting. Great acting by this guy.

Direction:
Imitiaz Ali has just made another 'Jab We Met' covered in a wrapper of 'Rockstar'.
The plot of the movie is baseless. Kahan se story kahan bhaag rahi hai, kyun bhaag rahi hai???? U'll find urself asking these questions. It was an attempt towards making some standard bold cinema. But, I didn't like it that much...

Music:
The songs are "Ok".
Mohit Chauhan's voice doesn't suit RK at all, its like as if RK has got cough and cold....

Based on the title of the movie, the music should blow you away, but that just doesn't happen. Rehman really needs to work hard to compete against newer composers.
'Kun faya' is a great song.

Verdict:
There's nothing "ROCKSTAR" about it.
Ek baar poori film dekhlo wahi apne aap par meherbaani hogi...
Not to be confused with the Hollywood movie of the same name [2001], starring Mark Wahlberg and Jennifer Aniston.
