Director Shane Black is making this one as compared to the previous 2 installments which were directed by Jon Favreau - who also played the role of the 'Happy Hogan', Tony Stark's chaffeur/personal assistant.
Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark/Iron Man, Sir Ben Kingsley is the Mandarin, Don Cheadle is back as the War Machine/Iron Patriot; Gwyneth Palthrow is Pepper Potts, Guy Pearce is Hector Hammond and Jon Favreau is Happy Hogan.
The storyline looks like the 'Extremis' run. I am still wondering though how it will tie up with 'Avengers 2'...

From the trailor, it looks as if his own armour goes up against Tony Stark... Looking a bit dark as well..
What's awesome is the amount of armors (47 nos.) to be accurate.
The golden armor is 'Extremis' armor fused with nanotechnology.
I believe we can expect a cameo from either Peter Parker aka Spiderman, or Bruce Banner/Hulk, or Ant-Man or other Avenger as well...
